At WebsEasy, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services and ensure complete client satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund. Please review our policy below.
1. Project Cancellation
- Before Work Begins:
If you cancel your project before we start any work, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any payment gateway charges, if applicable). - After Work Has Started:
Once the project has begun, refunds will be provided based on the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Any non-recoverable costs (like domain registration, hosting, third-party licenses, or paid tools) will be deducted from the refundable amount. - After Project Delivery:
No cancellations or refunds will be accepted once the project has been completed and delivered.
2. Service-Specific Policies
- Website Design & Development:
Partial refunds may be provided if the project is in progress and the client decides to discontinue.
However, once the final files are shared or the website goes live, refunds will not be issued. - Digital Marketing, SEO & Social Media Services:
These are monthly-based services and are non-refundable once the campaign or work period has started.
Cancellations for upcoming months must be requested at least 7 days before renewal. - Domain & Hosting Services:
Payments for domains, hosting, emails, or SSL certificates are non-refundable, as these are purchased from third-party providers.
3. Project Delay or Inactivity
If a project is delayed or paused due to lack of client communication, missing content, or approvals for more than 30 days, it will be marked as on hold.
Such projects can be resumed later, but refunds will not be provided.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval, through the same payment method used during purchase.
